Who I want to look like...(body wise)...



I have been working out a LOT these last couple of weeks, but my eating is still pretty bad.  My goal it to do better this week.

  1. You can do it, you are awesome! For me the exercise is important, but the food makes all the difference. I can exercise a ton and still not lose any weight at all until I add in the nutrition part. Let me know if you want some yummy recipes/food ideas!
