Greg was lucky enough to get work off the week of Christmas. I'm so glad that he did because we woke up one morning to this.

I continued to snow for two days straight. We could not believe it. We had to break out the shovels if we wanted to go anywhere. Luckily, our awesome neighbor came over with a snow-blower to help us with the other half of the driveway.

After we were done with our driveway, we started to make a snowman, but we decided to make a snow cat instead! And yes, we are obsessed with our cats. :) We were both pretty beat after the 3 hours in the cold.

Finished snowcat as tall as Greg! We even made a tail in the back, but I forgot to take a picture of it.
This railing is about four feet tall! yikes.

Greg even made tunnel-mania at the bottom so that the cats could go through the tunnels.

It was a great little vacation, and I'm so glad that Greg did not have to go out and work in this.
That is so funny!!! Only you guys would make a giant snow-cat, but guess what? I LOVE IT!!!
ReplyDeleteHaha, too fun! I can't believe how much snow you guys got, we got like an inch, that's it. Fun that Greg got work off, too!
ReplyDeleteHaha, thanks guys! We had a blast!
ReplyDeleteAh! So cute!! I love the snow cat and that you made tunnels for your cats. I wish Jared liked cats... =P Maybe someday we can get one or two, if I promise to clean up all the hair every twenty minutes, get them declawed and change the litter box as soon as it's been used... ha. Anyway, great pictures. Looks like you guys had a great time. =)
