So, this little bird was living very peacefully on our front porch until about a week ago. It attacked my brother and niece while they were coming up to the front door. It then tried going after Greg. He went out and showed it who's boss, and it seemed to be little bit better. Then, it went after our kitties...big mistake. (p.s. Greg named the birds Barrack and Michelle, tee hee) Greg protected me from the birds with a big chunk of wood while I moved the nest to a tree in our front yard. We saw three little tiny birds in the nest. It was kind of cool. We hope that no other people (except those annoying solicitors) will be attacked when coming to our house, but you are now all warned!!
Also, we would like to formally introduce you to Kahlan Amnell, our newest kitty. She loves to hid in cute places, and she has the softest me-ow. She is a little bit people-shy, and you must stay away from her right paw or she may confess you. (hehe, we named her after the mother confessor from "Legend of the Seeker"/"Wizard's first Rule". )
Moira and Kahlan had a little trouble at first, but they were already BFF on the first day. I think that Moira looks like she thinks Kahlan is her new Teddy Bear in the picture. lol.
